that we all seek meaning and purpose,
both in our human experience and in our work.Â

To empower organisations and individuals to find meaning in their work, and to pursue a deeper value than profit alone.
Felix is the sole operator behind Purpose is Power; an advisory and delivery function helping orgs embed social impact, purpose, and meaning into their core operations. Felix's work has spanned across talent, people, product and operations for Google and Canva, before stepping into the Social Impact space with Canva Foundation for the last three years. He’s been focused on designing social impact programs that address inequity across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
He's also a storyteller, reaching hundreds of thousands with messages of positivity, mindfulness & movement. Through content, he brings another dimension to his opportunity to deeply impact others.
